Team News: Crawley v Ipswich Town

Crawley will look to follow-up an opening day win in league 1 with a first round league cup win over championship opposition.

Ipswich are entertained by Crawley as the sides, in a first ever competitive meeting, bid to make history.

John Gregory doesn't have any injury concerns to contend with and following an opening day debut goal Izale McLeod is expected to start again as Crawley seek championship scalp.

Ipswich took off striker Balint Bajner in the first half of their championship win over Fulham, he is lacking fitness but this would be a game viewed as an 'ideal one' for this to be build up in.

We've never won a first round league cup game in normal time, losing two of the three that we've played with the only a penalty shootout win in 2012 to toast, but the league cup wins we have gained have come at home!

Who will win on Tuesday? It's hard to say as it could go either way....
